Reservations are accepted January 1 for the following spring and summer.

A deposit of $200 per cabin and $300 for the Treehouse is required for the peak season. Peak starts Memorial Day Week-end and ends after Labor Day Week-end. Off-season deposit is $100 per cabin and $150 for the Treehouse.

"Cancellation Policy"
Peak: 60 day or less notice to receive $100 refund with a cancellation fee of $100.
Treehouse $150 with a cancel fee of $150
Off-season: 45 days or less notice to receive $50 refund with a cancellation fee of $50.
Treehouse $75 with a cancel fee of $75

Peak: 61 days or more mean you lose your full deposit.
Off-Season: 46 days or more mean you lose your full deposit.

Reservations are renewable at the time of checkout, but only for what you just had. Any changes will have to be made in January.
