NEW - The Treehouse - Our fully furnished house overlooking the frio river. 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with living area and kitchen overlooking the river. 2 bdrms have queen size beds and the 3rd bedroom had two sets of bunks. 42" flat screen and a rustic design adds charm to this 900 sq ft house.

Prices based on 4 person occupancy - cabins sleep up to two extra people at $20.00 per person per night

2 bedrooms / 1 bath cabins
    Cabins # 1 - 4 have double size beds with twin size trundle beds in each bedroom.
    Cabins # 5 - 7 have queen size beds in each bedroom.
    Cabins # 1 - 7 all have a futon in the front room that folds out into a double size bed.
2 bedrooms / 2 bath cabins
    Cabins # 8 - 16 all have queen size beds in each bedroom.
    Cabins # 8 - 16 all have two full-size sleeper sofa's in the living area
    Pillows and linens are furnished.
    River and Bath towels are not furnished.

Day Guest visiting any cabins must register at the office. $20.00 per person per day.
We always try and give you the same cabins each visit, however, some times we do have to move you to keep all cabins filled.
Peak Season: Check in time is 3 P.M. Check out time is 11 A.M. Strict on this rule, no exceptions. There will be a $20 per hour fee charged for each hour you stay beyond the 11 A.M. check out time. FIRM
Off Season: Check time 12 noon and check out time is 11 A.M.
If you wish for a late check-out, you must call for approval. Non-approval guest will be charged $20 per hour for each hour you stay beyond the check out time of 11 A.M.
There could be a attached fee for approved late check-out. Call Mary at 830-275-0960.

River Bluff Cabins is a family oriented retreat. We do not allow late night parties or any other activities that may disturb other guests or residents. Quiet time will be from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
	Pets are welcome. Two pets per cabin at $20 per day per pet.
	No ATV,4-wheelers,Rangers, Paloris or gas operated carts allowed. ONLY BATTERY OPERATED GOLF CARTS ALLOWED: No modified carts- Call before your arrival date for approval to bring your golf cart.
	No hunting or shooting of guns, including B.B., sling shots or fireworks.
	No four wheelers or mini bikes may be operated on the property (except for ingress and egress).
	Campfires in BBQ grills or designated pits only.
	No glass containers in the river or the river area
	Two vehicles only permitted to park at cabins. Extra vehicles can be parked in the parking area with a $2.00 per day fee.
	No tent camping allowed.
	Do not remove any furniture or bedding from the cabins.
	Please leave your cabin reasonably neat and clean.
	We reserve the right to refuse admittance to anyone and the right to expel those not conforming to the rules of good conduct and safety.
	No unlicensed or underage persons driving on the property.
	NO SMOKING (inside cabins) - $150.00 charge will be added for evidence of smoking.
